We cover the first 300 kr of AI costs every month. If your chatbot is used more than that, you're only billed for the amount above 300 kr.
What counts as a content update: a change to something already on your site — a new offer or campaign, a new product range or service, updated prices, or swapping images and video. New pages and larger rebuilds are quoted separately.
Unused updates: on Business and Premium they roll over to the following year, up to half your yearly allowance — so a maximum of 4 carried into Business and 6 into Premium. That caps a year at 12 and 18 respectively; the allowance can never double. Carried-over updates are used first. On Starter, unused updates don’t roll over.
